Senior Associate
Darko K. Dimitroski P.E oversees many of L+M Electrical’s electrical and fire alarm system projects. He specializes in the design and layout of electrical projects distribution and lighting systems in residential commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. In addition, he reviews shop drawings and does contract administration and project coordination. Prior to joining L+M in 2001, Mr. Dimitroski worked in the Bergen County Technical Schools and Special Services, New Jersey, Board of Education.
Projects
Mr. Dimitroski’s projects where he served as the project engineer include the following:
For Columbia University’s Nevis Labs in Irvington, New York, he was responsible for the design and construction of electrical power distribution, lighting fire alarm, and emergency systems. On the Brooklyn, New York, campus of Pratt Institute he prepared the design documents and was contract administrator for the new 15000 sq. ft. bookstore building.
For various New York City School Construction Authority projects, Mr. Dimitroski prepared electrical design drawings and specifications for Auditorium Upgrades, Low Voltage System Upgrades (Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, Bell, PA Systems) and Boiler Plants Upgrades at public schools throughout the city. He also undertook general electrical upgrades for various school buildings.
Education, Registrations and Organizations
Recipient of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from St. Cyril and Methodius in Macedonia, Mr. Dimitroski is a licensed professional engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and a member of the Associations of Energy Engineers. He is certified by the U.S. Green Building Council
