As the Partner-in-Charge of the Structural Engineering Department and the principal structural engineer for L+M, Mr. Chou has participated in a wide variety of building renovations and new construction projects. A member of the firm since 1989, he oversees preliminary investigations, schematic design, design development, coordination, contract document preparation and construction administration.

Representative of Mr Chou’s numerous projects are the following buildings where he has provided services: the Bank Street Parking Garage, Waterbury, Connecticut; Seymour Town Hall Addition in Seymour, Connecticut; 101 East End Avenue, New York, NY; plaza renovation at the Health Science Center of Columbia Medical Center, New York, NY; and concrete balcony repairs at Manhattan Houses, New York, NY.
Education, Registrations and Organizations
Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the National Taiwan University and a Masters in Science from.Brown University, Mr. Chou is registered as a professional engineer in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
