Wael Taha

As a mechanical engineer and senior associate in charge of the mechanical projects administration, Wael Taha has been responsible for supervision of various HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.  He has over 25 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing system installation and the investigation and repair of these systems. Mr. Taha joined Lawless & Mangione in 2001, and became a senior associate in 2011.

 

Projects

Mr Taha has overseen projects that include some or all of the following – chiller, boiler and chilled/hot water pump replacement and underground chilled/hot water piping replacement – for the following residential buildings: The Churchill, 650 Park Avenue, 333 East 66th Street, 175 East 74th Street, East Midtown Plaza and Penn South, all in Manhattan.

 

He has overseen boiler plant replacements for such residential projects as 230 East 88th Street, 1175 Park Avenue, and 1120 Park Avenue in Manhattan and boiler, oil tank and plumbing riser replacements for various New York City Housing Authority complexes.

 

Education and Organizations

Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Punjab University, Mr. Taha is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
