Built in 1927, this pre-war building enrolls upwards of 3000 students. In 2006, the SCA hired L+M to modernize the building. The work included a swimming pool upgrade that required:

Removal and replacement of all tile finishes including waterproofing the pool
Electrical upgrades, including new lighting fixtures
ADA access to pool and bleachers
