Mr. Santelli has been responsible for design, supervision, and execution of architectural work that includes historic preservation and restoration for institutional, commercial and residential projects that include several New York City designated landmarks. Joining the firm in 1994, he is currently the firm’s Partner-in-Charge of architectural design services performed for the New York City Housing Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority.

 

Projects

Representative projects directed by Mr. Santelli include the following:

For the landmarked San Remo Apartments, New York, NY, he oversaw the complete facade restoration and renovation, window replacements and lobby restoration. For two other landmarked residential buildings, The Beresford Apartments and the El Dorado Apartments, he was in charge of façade preservation and the restoration and renovation and window replacements.

As Partner-in-Charge for New York City School Construction Authority, his representative projects include the renovation of several auditoriums, the exterior restoration and repair of a series of schools, the upgrading of science instruction rooms at several schools as well as the introduction of ADA accessibility in a variety of locations.

 

Education, Registrations and Organizations

The recipient of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree with Honors from the New York Institute of Technology, Mr. Santelli is a registered architect in New York State. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects, the New York Society of Architects, and the International Concrete Repair Institute.
