Mr. Golaszewski has 45 years of experience in consulting, construction management, and contracting in the design and installation of mechanical equipment in new and existing commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Golaszewski headed his own engineering design firm for 20 years.
Projects
His representative projects include the following for the New York City School Construction Authority. For George Wingate H.S. in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Golaszewski was the senior project manager in charge of design and construction documents for the replacement of the entire heating system.
At P.S. 147 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the senior project manager and oversaw the design and construction documents for the replacement of the domestic water piping and the development of flood elimination measures. Mr. Golaszewski was senior project manager for the replacement of the heating system including boilers at P.S. 299 in Brooklyn, NY.
And he was the senior project manager in charge of the evaluation of hood exhaust systems and ansul systems installation at thirty school locations throughout the New York City School System.

Holder of a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the City University of New York, Mr. Golaszewski is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air- Conditioning Engineers and of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
