Partner
Jose Martinez has been responsible for the supervision, design, and execution of HVAC and plumbing systems design and replacement in commercial and residential buildings. Joining the firm in 2001 and made a partner in 2025, he brings many years of experience to the investigation, repair, and replacement of these systems.
Projects
Mr. Martinez has designed chiller, cooling tower, and chilled/hot water pump replacements for such multi-family residential buildings as 18-75 Corporal Kennedy Street, 66-36 Yellowstone Blvd, 22 Mercer, Continental Towers, and The Forrester, all in New York City.
He has designed boiler plant replacement projects for 250 West 89th Street, Continental Towers, and The Forrester, all in New York City. He has also designed replacements for various New York City Housing Authority buildings and complexes, and multiple schools under the direction of the New York City School Construction Authority.
He was involved in the design and construction of a new boiler plant installation for the multi-family residential complex Masaryk Towers located in New York City.
He has designed complete sanitary and vent piping replacement projects for multi-family residential buildings such as Esplanade Gardens, Division Housing, Village East Towers, and Kingsbay Housing, all in New York City.
He has designed new HVAC and plumbing systems for new residential and commercial buildings such as 217 Waverly Street Yonkers, NY, 125 South Fourth Street Mt Vernon, NY, and Pratt Institute Art Supply Store Brooklyn, NY.
Education, Registrations and Organizations
Holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Mr. Martinez is a licensed engineer in the State of New York and a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
