Ayman Zibak, Ph.D., P.E., LEED AP
Mr. Zibak is in charge of numerous major projects in NYC, including the administration construction of concrete and masonry. Mr. Zibak jointed L+M in 2000
He is an expert in roofing and restoration projects, terra cotta and limestone restoration.
Mr. Zibak has had a varied set of engineering experiences prior L+M and during the work at L+M from structural, new building, transportation, and construction management, budgeting and cost estimate. He also a co-founder of the Arab American association of engineers and architects of tri-state (AAAEA) established in 2006

Oversee the façade restoration and exterior renovation for several NYC landmark, The Beresford, Columbia University medical center, Various of NYC Housing Authority buildings, 626 riverside drive, Le Havre apartment building, Tilden towers, cannon height apartment, Renaissance Apartment, Second Atlantic Terminal, the big six towers, Riverbend Apartment building, 10 park avenue, 15 west 81 street.
Education, Registrations and Organizations
Mr. Zibak received a Philosophy degree (PhD) with honors in civil engineering and construction management from NYU, and the Master of Science in Civil engineering from City college of NY, and the bachelor of Science in Civil engineer in Structural and Construction Management from Damascus university of Syria.
Mr. Zibak is licensed to practice the professional engineering in the state of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, and holding a Maxwell Leadership for Coaching and public speaker certificate from John C. Maxwell leadership. Mr. Zibak is a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society of Civil engineers (ASCE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Maxwell leadership.
